The Electrifying Volkswagen ID. Buzz is Finally Coming!

After nearly two decades of teasing us, Volkswagen has finally followed through on their promise to bring us a new version of the Type 2 Microbus – the iconic VW bus from the 1960s. Fully electrified and sporting a nostalgic look, there's a ton for shoppers around Beachwood, OH, to get excited about!

What We Know About the VW ID. Buzz

Though details are scarce, we know the VW ID. Buzz should be arriving in the United States sometime in 2024 and will be fully electric. Currently, Volkswagen plans to offer a 204-horsepower and 295-horsepower option in both standard rear-wheel and optional all-wheel drive. It will even accommodate up to seven passengers!

An equally important point of fascination is the boxy styling of the new VW ID. Buzz, fully intended to electrify onlookers with its unique and nostalgia-driven design. We think a drive around Bentleyville, OH, or the surrounding areas will certainly accomplish that.

A Versatile and Stylish Interior

The interior of the VW ID. Buzz promises to be as configurable and fun as the exterior. Three-row seating is standard, with optional massaging front seats. Further interior amenities include a 10-inch instrument cluster and optional, configurable ambient lighting. Finally, Volkswagen plans to introduce an adjustable cargo area floor, freeing up tons of space where you need it most – whether adventuring for the weekend or shopping around Chagrin Falls, OH.
