Volkswagen has finally given us a look at the new VW ID. Buzz van, and we can't wait to offer it to our customers in the Bedford, OH, area! The exterior styling of the Volkswagen ID. Buzz is sure to attract some curious glances around Beachwood, OH. It draws directly from the original VW bus from the 1950s and 1960s, the Volkswagen Type 2 Microbus. Accentuating its novel exterior aesthetic are available two-tone paint schemes, a front bumper designed to look like a smile, and intentionally boxy angles that conjure clear images of the original VW Microbus. Wheel sizes available will range from 19 inches up to 21 inches.
The Volkswagen ID. Buzz is the second all-electric vehicle Volkswagen has produced, following in the footsteps of the current Volkswagen ID.4. Volkswagen offers a few different configurations as far as performance is concerned. The first is a single motor, rear-wheel drive setup, providing up to 204 horsepower and 229 pound-feet of torque. Another option will be available: a dual-motor system developing 295 horsepower and an impressive 339 pound-feet of torque, providing power to all four wheels via an all-wheel drive system.
The VW ID. Buzz will feature the latest Volkswagen technology. A ten-inch central-mounted touchscreen provides Apple CarPlay and Android Auto in an intuitive and highly-visible format. Fully digital gauges deliver precise and easy-to-read instrumentation. Adjustable driving modes, including a Sport mode, allow you to drive the VW ID. Buzz the way you want to. Stability control, configurable regenerative braking, and traction control will work hard to keep you planted and secure on the road, no matter the terrain. Finally, the power sliding side door promises to impress onlookers around town in Bentleyville, OH.
Volkswagen includes features that customers find great utility in and seeing how the VW ID. Buzz is technically a van; we expect a high level of customization and cargo-focused amenities. The second-row and third-row seats slide and stow, and the rear hatch of the VW ID. Buzz is just 12 inches off the ground, ensuring easy loading and unloading. 60/40 split rear seats offer added utility. A completely removable center console promises clever storage solutions, containing numerous slide-out drawers and storage bins. The three-row Volkswagen ID. Buzz promises to be an excellent hauler, with an estimated 77.9 cubic feet of storage space.
