Didn’t do 2 things asked. First item light inside car would not turn off. Left with it on. Representative said need to make another appointment to get it looked at. Second item asked to rinse floor mats in car. Don’t even ask for a car wash. Didn’t happen. Otherwise I guess everything was looked at. Not sure if my wipers were changed out. Asked that too when I arrived.

The only improvement I would give is the wait time to be assisted. But besides that my overall purchasing was good.

Incredible service! Very professional and customer centered- kept me informed at every step - i have never had a good experience at a car dealership for service (for over 20 years!) until i started coming here - consistency also - i can’t tell you how many different people in the service department i have dealt with over the years at vw bedford - every single one has gone above and beyond!

Very frustrating experience. We brought in our Tiguan for its first scheduled service as newer leased vehicle in October 2024. The wheels were to rotated but the technician said the lug nut key was missing and nowhere to be found. The service rep was adamant that it couldn't be found. I was shocked that VW service doesn't have a master key. When my daughter picked to vehicle and got it home, we found the lug nut key in the spare tire compartment within 2 minutes. I called and spoke with someone but it was near closing time. There has been absolutely no follow up. My daughter called to get the Tiguan back in for service and there was no accommodation made to get her in a convenient time for her. VW completely dropped the ball and this has left a bad taste in my mouth as a 2024 Tiguan owner and a 2025 Atlas SEL owner. Not a chance I go with VW when I replace my wife's Q7.

The service dept. did a good job. The problem with the car was resolved. My problem is, I was there 4 hours and 1 hour of drive time. The car had 300 miles on it. I bought a new car to avoid these problems. My time is valuable and VW needs to keep that in mind. I can't get my time back. If I have any more issues, I just won't buy VW!
