Hi guys: We're maybe 18 months into a three year lease on our 2023 ID4. Car is fine, but we've already had to bring this in 2-3 times for factory warranty recalls and breakdowns with doors and windows that came out of nowhere. Stuff happens, but it's been an excessive amount of visits and it seems like we've waited for parts for months before we can finally get the work done on some of those things. I get that's VW and not you guys, but when you lease a car you want to have as few issues as possible. That's kind of the point. In addition, the last time we brought the car in, there was a slow leak on the rear right tire. I alerted the tech, but they indicated they couldn't locate a problem. After we took the car home, I had to re-fill the air in the back tire every week because of the leak you guys told us didn't exist. When we brought it back this time, it looks like you guys are now indicating there is a slow leak (nail damage). The fact that you guys also don't have available loaner cars to use (since nothing is ever done day of) makes it pretty difficult to coordinate pick ups / drop offs / other family stuff without a car.
