This was the absolute worst car buying experience in my life. I scheduled an appointment to look at a VW Taos that was listed online. After the appointment was confirmed, I was contacted to be told that car had a check engine light on. However there were other Taos to test drive. We settled on a different model and made a purchase. On the way home the brand new Taos overheated. We sat on the roadside in a car with less than 10 miles on it, for 3 hours, waiting for a tow truck.

I was treated courteously at every stage. The repair desk informed me of additional work to be done and gave a quote. The car was ready even before the time I requested, and I was given a ride to work.
