I scheduled an oil change, which was fine. I called and asked if they could also look at my engine coolant. I’m getting errors telling me it is unsafe to drive my car (3x now). After my oil change I was told I’d have to call to make a separate appointment, but it was “normal” for it to be consumed. This issue could lead to serious engine issues so I’m not confident in the answer or solution provided (topped off).

Very welcoming workers made me feel comfortable relaxed in the waiting area loved the couches lol it was quick not a long wait and i got my car vacuumed by coy very nice young man and washed wasn’t expecting it and was happy about it.

I asked about the programming of the music and was told that was for safety and it couldn’t be change. I told him that’s not true. I also asked about the door to the charging port that will not stay open and he told he that he had to order a part and that was a lie too!
